Local card sorting service

That box of old cards isn't going to sort itself.

You bring the shoebox, the bin, the box from the basement. We sort it however's useful to you, flag anything worth real money, and hand it back organized — so you finally know what you've got.

We'll come to you or meet locally — just somewhere convenient for you.
Sound familiar?

You have a box, but you're not really sure what's in it.

01

Inherited a collection

A parent, grandparent, or relative left behind boxes of cards and you have no idea where to start — or what any of it is worth.

02

Cleaning out a room

Your kid's old cards, or your own, have been sitting in a basement for a decade. You want the space back — and to know if any of it is valuable.

03

Fun then, curious now

You got into it for the fun of it — now it'd be nice to have it organized and see what it has turned out to be worth.

The process

From messy box to clear answer, in four steps.

01

We pick up or meet nearby

Happy to swing by your place to grab the box, or meet somewhere local if that's easier — coffee shop, library, whatever works.

02

We sort it your way

Tell us how you'd like it organized — sport or game, team, year, etc. On the Premium tier, every card also gets checked for value.

03

You get a clear rundown

We'll walk you through what's in the box and flag anything worth real money.

04

You decide what happens next

Enjoy your organized collection, try to sell some of it yourself, or see if we're interested in any of your cards.

Pricing

Flat fee, plus a per-card rate.

A small flat fee covers pickup and handling no matter the size, then a per-card rate scales with however many you bring.

Questions

Good to know before you bring a box in.

Is my collection actually worth anything?

Maybe. Most boxes are mostly common cards with little resale value, mixed in with a handful that might be worth real money. Our job is to tell you honestly which is which, not to over or undersell what you have.

What's the deal with grading?

Most cards, even ones that look great, aren't worth much as-is ("raw"). A lot of real value only shows up once a card is professionally graded by a company like PSA or Beckett, which authenticates it and scores its condition. The same card can be worth many times more in a high grade than it is loose in a box. On the Premium tier, we'll flag which cards are worth grading and estimate what they could be worth graded, not just raw, so you can make an informed call.

Where do we actually meet?

There's no shop or storefront — this is a local, one-person operation. We're happy to pick up your collection from your home, or meet at a convenient public spot nearby, whichever's easier for you.

How long does it take?

Depends on the size of the collection and which tier you choose. You'll get an estimated completion date when we meet up.

What should I bring?

Just the cards, in whatever boxes or bins they're already in. If you know of anything you suspect is valuable, point it out up front so we can handle it with extra care.

Do I have to sell anything?

No, definitely not. Sorting and valuing your cards doesn't commit you to selling a single card. Our primary goal is for you to have a better understanding of your collection.

What if something valuable gets lost or damaged?

We take handling seriously and this is rare, but our intake agreement spells out exactly how it's handled if it ever happens. We'll walk you through it before you drop anything off.

Why we do this

It started in my dad's basement.

My dad kept his old card collection boxed up down there for decades. A few times over the years he'd take a box to a local shop, hoping for good news, and walk out with an offer that barely broke double digits.

One day I decided to go through it myself — really learn what was actually in those boxes, card by card. I fell in love with the process: the research, the history, the surprise of finding something worth real money buried in a stack of commons.

This business is that same process, offered to anyone else with a box in the basement. I want people to walk away with a real answer about what they have — and maybe, like me, get a little hooked on the hobby along the way.
